7. Jerome Simpson-WR-Minnesota Vikings (2.6%)

If you need help this week, Simpson isn’t the receiver for you since he and the Vikings are on a bye after their trip to London. However, if you’re in the market for a more long-term option, Simpson has put up two monster games in his first four this season including finishing with seven catches for 124 yards last Sunday in London.

Simpson hasn’t found the end zone this year, but has been targeted eight times or more in all but one of Minnesota’s games this season. He had a pair of down games in weeks 2 and 3 which may have had a lot to do with poor QB play.

Simpson looked to be in tune with Matt Cassel getting targeted 11 times while no one else on the team got more than four targets. Whether it’s Cassel or Christian Ponder under center for the Vikings, Simpson can make plays and be a valuable WR depth option for later weeks this season.
