1. Justin Blackmon-WR-Jacksonville Jaguars (20.0%)

After serving his four-game suspension to start the season, Blackmon broke back onto the fantasy scene in week 5 with five catches on nine targets. He took one of those passes for a 67-yard touchdown and finished with 136 yards.

Blackmon’s downside has always been the fact that he has questionable quarterback play throwing the ball to him for the Jaguars. Blaine Gabbert threw him the long touchdown this week, but he’s actually had more success in the past with replacement Chad Henne. I think Henne under center actually increases Blackmon’s value, but either way he’s a fringe WR2 going forward.

Next week, Blackmon will look to keep it rolling as Jacksonville takes on Denver. They’ll need to score plenty of points, and the Cowboys almost kept up with the Broncos this last week. I don’t think Jacksonville will be anywhere near that close, but the face that they’ll try means plenty of passes coming Blackmon’s way.
