Fantasy Football 2013: Top 10 Week 6 Waiver Wire pickups
2. Terrance Williams-WR-Dallas Cowboys (1.3%)
Another receiver that flashed some serious rest-of-the-season potential was Terrance Williams who has had a very nice last two weeks for Dallas while replacing the injured Miles Austin. Williams caught all four passes thrown his way this week for 151 yards and a touchdown while also adding a two-point conversion.
Tony Romo and the Cowboys were throwing all day long against Denver which allowed Williams and other Cowboys receivers to pile on the fantasy points. He did have seven catches for 71 yards against the Chargers the week before and should keep seeing plenty of passes coming his way for as long as Austin’s hamstring keeps him out of the lineup.
Dallas faces Washington this week who allows the sixth-most fantasy points per game to opposing WR. Dez Bryant should have a monster game, but I think Williams will post some solid numbers this week against the ‘Boys’ NFC East rival as well. I think Blackmon has slightly more value ROS, but Williams can help you as a WR2 or flex play this week.
