5. Ryan Tannehill-QB-Miami Dolphins (14.1%)

Just because he was on a bye last week, don’t overlook Tannehill if your in need of a starter this week. Before the bye, Miami dropped their last two games after winning their first three. In his five games, Tannehill has been over 270 yards three times including his most recent game where he threw for 307 yards against the Ravens.

He’s thrown for a touchdown in every single game this season although he’s only thrown for multiple touchdowns once. Having extra time to work with his receivers, especially Mike Wallace, could pay off for him coming off the bye as the Dolphins host their AFC East rival Bills.

Buffalo has been up-and-down on defense but are in the top ten in most points allowed to opposing QB’s per game. They’ve especially struggled on the road where they’ve allowed Geno Smith and Brandon Weeden to beat them while posting solid fantasy days. If you are a Michael Vick owner looking for insurance or a Drew Brees owner searching for a bye week fill-in, don’t overlook Tannehill who should have a solid week as the Dolphins host the Bills.
