4. Riley Cooper-WR-Philadelphia Eagles (8.9%)

At least Cooper’s success and failure is following a pattern. When Nick Foles plays, Cooper has big days; when Michael Vick plays, he disappears. Since it looks like it’ll be Foles for the near future, getting Cooper to bolster your wide receiver numbers should definitely pay dividends quickly.

As Foles threw seven TDs, Cooper was the only one with multiple  touchdown catches finishing with three scores on five catches to go with 139 yards. Even in the game Foles struggled, Cooper finished with 88 yards, so don’t be afraid to get him in the lineup whenever Foles is under center.

This week, the Eagles travel to Lambeau Field where the Packers defense has been inconsistent at times this season and especially susceptible to the pass. Look for the Foles to Cooper connection to be clicking again making Cooper a low-end WR2 with serious upside if he continues to be such a big red zone target.
