9. Percy Harvin-WR-Seattle Seahawks (45.2%)

If you are in a position to take a bit of a longer look, check on Harvin’s availability. He looked good in very limited action on Sunday with a huge return showing his speed is still there and a circus catch on his one target for 17 yards.

Harvin reportedly will be back for a full rotation of snaps after the bye week, so if you can wait a week he’s a great pickup. He’ll be the biggest threat and number one receiver in a pretty good offense.

After the bye week, Harvin faces the Saints in New Orleans in a huge game that could be a shootout before a pivotal NFC West game in San Francisco. After that, for weeks 15-17 he has awesome matchups against the Giants, Cardinals, and Rams.
