Garrett Hartley was responsible 11 points and kicked three field goals including the game-winner for the New Orleans Saints. He was one of the main reasons why the Saints were able to earn a victory over the San Francisco 49ers.

Mike Dyce: Garrett Hartley, K, New Orleans Saints

In close games, sometimes the kicker can win you the game. That is what Hartley did for the Saints. They entered the 4th quarter down 20-14 and Hartley went to work. He scored all 9 fourth quarter points for the Saints, including the game-winning field goal as time expired.
