NBA All-Star Weekend: Taco Bell Skills Challenge participants
The participants for the 2014 Taco Bell Skills Challenge were announced Thursday night.
Portland Trail Blazers’ point guard Damian Lillard returns to the event to defend his crown. He’ll be joined by an impressive list of players, including Toronto Raptors’ guard DeMar DeRozan, Oklahoma City Thunder point guard Reggie Jackson and Phoenix Suns’ point guard Goran Dragic.
Joining them will be four rookies who were selected in the 2013 NBA Draft.
Philadelphia 76ers’ point guard Michael Carter-Williams, Orlando Magic guard Victor Oladipo, Utah Jazz point guard Trey Burke and Milwaukee Bucks’ guard Giannis Antetokounmpo will take part in the event.
The event is described by NBA.com as a “two-round timed relay-style course consisting of dribbling, passing and shooting stations.”
This year, things are a little different as the players will be split into teams.
