25. San Diego Chargers – Louis Nix – DT – Notre Dame

This was a pretty strong majority for Nix to SD, especially considering how late in the round it is.

Louis Nix – 9
Kyle Fuller – 4
Jason Verrett – 3
Bradley Roby – 2
Ryan Shazier – 1
Marqise Lee – 1

26. Cleveland Browns – Teddy Bridgewater – QB – Louisville

This pick is made possible by my override of Bridgewater going to the Vikings at pick #8. If Bridgewater had been off the table this pick would have been Derek Carr. That’s valid, but I stand by the change I made.

Teddy Bridgewater – 5
Derek Carr – 4
Bradley Roby – 2
Trade – 1
Blake Bortles – 1
Johnny Manziel – 1
Darqueze Dennard – 1
Kyle Fuller – 1
Jason Verrett – 1
Brandin Cooks – 1
Kelvin Benjamin – 1
Marqise Lee – 1

27. New Orleans Saints – Dee Ford – DE – Auburn

Ford was the clear winner here and the second place vote getter was also an edge rusher in Demarcus Lawrence.

Dee Ford – 7
Demarcus Lawrence – 4
Jason Verrett – 2
Kyle Fuller – 2
Louis Nix – 1
Brandin Cooks – 1
Kony Ealy – 1
Marqise Lee – 1
Ryan Shazier – 1

28. Carolina Panthers – Marqise Lee – WR – USC

This was another tie. Lee and Morgan Moses finished with the same number of votes but since more mocks had WRs at this pick than OL, I went with Lee.

Marqise Lee – 5
Morgan Moses – 5
Brandin Cooks – 3
Cyrus Kouandjio – 3
Devante Adams – 1
Odell Beckham Jr. – 1
Kelvin Benjamin – 1
Taylor Lewan – 1

29. New England Patriots – Ra’shede Hageman – DT – Minnesota

The Patriots are unpredictable and I wouldn’t be surprised to see them trade out of this spot. However, if they stay put Hageman is a logical choice.

Ra’shede Hageman – 6
Louis Nix – 3
Stephon Tuitt – 2
Trade – 2
Dee Ford – 1
Ryan Shazier – 1
Kony Ealy – 1
CJ Mosley – 1
Jace Amaro – 1
Dominique Easley – 1
Brandon Thomas – 1

30. San Francisco 49ers – Jason Verrett – CB – TCU

This one is another wide open pick with 14 different prospects that were taken by the niners in these mock drafts.

Jason Verrett – 3
Kyle Fuller – 3
Brandin Cooks – 3
Ryan Shazier – 1
Darqueze Dennard – 1
Demarcus Lawrence – 1
Kony Ealy – 1
Bradley Roby – 1
Devante Adams – 1
Stephon Tuitt – 1
Marqise Lee – 1
Kelvin Benjamin – 1
Cody Latimer – 1
Stanley Jean-Baptiste – 1

31. Denver Broncos – Xavier Su’A-Filo – OG – UCLA

This one came down to Su’a-Filo and Ryan Shazier with Su’A-Filo pulling it out.

Xavier Su’A-Filo – 7
Ryan Shazier – 5
Joel Bitonio – 1
Kony Ealy – 1
Jason Verrett – 1
David Yankey – 1
CJ Mosley – 1
Dee Ford – 1
Bradley Roby – 1
Kyle Van Noy – 1

32. Seattle Seahawks – Joel Bitonio – OT – Nevada

The top vote getter here was actually Xavier Su’a-filo, but he’s not an option so Bitonio is the guy here.

Xavier Su’a-Filo – 5
Joel Bitonio – 4
Ra’shede Hageman – 3
Kelvin Benjamin – 2
Jace Amaro – 2
Morgan Moses – 1
Marqise Lee – 1
Brandin Cooks – 1
Ryan Shazier – 1

So there it is. A look at 20 different mock drafts and who they have going to each team. Were you surprised with the top vote getters for your favorite team? Did you take any issues with the couple of pick changes I made? Do you think this consensus mock draft is reflective of what many NFL minds think and thus will be fairly accurate? I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments below.

I’ll be back next week with my typical Armchair Quarterback column.
