Denver Broncos moving up for C.J. Mosley

After the 43-8 shellacking they received in the Super Bowl from the Seahawks, the Denver Broncos went on a tear in the free agency period on the defensive side of the ball, signing CB Aqib Talib and DE DeMarcus Ware. But, that doesn’t mean they won’t make a bold move in the draft to keep the trend going with some young talent, and they have been rumored to do that by moving up for Alabama LB C.J. Mosley, according to the Denver Post.

"But it would surprise no one if Denver traded up to the middle of the first round of the NFL draft Thursday to acquire a linebacker. Alabama’s C.J. Mosley tops most teams’ draft boards at the position, drawing comparisons to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ Lavonte David, a player the Broncos passed on three years ago, much to their regret."

C.J. Mosley in the linebacker position with Von Miller alongside of him is a scary, scary thought; but since that Super Bowl defeat, John Elway is looking to build a team that will do just that–scare people.
