There is a new Miss USA, and her name is Nia Sanchez, and in case you’re wondering she can totally kick your ass. Don’t even argue with me on this. Nia Sanchez can put you down. She is a fourth degree black belt in taekwondo and you’re not.

The 24-year-old Sanchez (Miss Nevada) won the Miss USA pageant this weekend, edging out Miss North Dakota Audra Mari. Sanchez’s background in taekwondo came into play during the interview segment when she talked about the importance of women being able to defend themselves. And then, in my imagination, she demonstrated self-defense by beating the unholy crap out of Giuliana Rancic.
I know I’m not the only person who can’t stand Giuliana Rancic. Not to be mean, cause I know she’s had some health problems, but seriously. That is one irritating woman. I would pay money to watch Miss USA whip up a taekwondo whirlwind on Giuliana’s scrawny ass. That would be highly entertaining and at the same time incredibly hot.
Speaking of whipping up taekwondo whirlwinds…could an MMA career possibly be in Nia Sanchez’s future? That would be one road for her to take. Or she could take the usual road of a Miss USA champion, which involves showing up next year to give your crown away and then disappearing into obscurity.
Really, career-wise, winning Miss USA doesn’t help you at all. You need something else. Like the ability to beat the crap out of people. That helps more than a pageant win.
