The NBA is consumed at the moment by free agent rumors and this is something that is helping not only make fans forget that there is no basketball to be played but also remind teams of what they need to make sure they aren’t bumming around next summer wondering where their missing puzzle piece is.

More from Detroit Pistons

Isaiah Thomas may be someone’s missing piece, and he has a list of three teams that he thinks he can help out in 2014 when it comes to rebounding from their 2013-14 devastation. According to Detroit Free Press scribe Vincent Ellis, Thomas prefers to play for the Miami Heat, Los Angeles Lakers or Detroit Pistons.

This isn’t all that surprising of a list as the Pistons have been regularly mentioned in regards to Thomas and both the Lakers and Heat need a point guard badly.

It’s unclear if the interest in Thomas is mutual between all three teams, but it appears that the Pistons are reciprocating the love and want Thomas as badly as he wants them. Whether there’s an order to Thomas’ list is unclear too but we know he’s going to end up somewhere and we know now the three places he’d prefer to be.
