By Josh Hill
After some speculation that the Charlotte Hornets could make a run at him, Kirk Hinrich has landed back in the place he seems to choose above all others when it comes to basketball decisions.

According to the Chicago Bulls, point guard Kirk Hinrich has re-signed with the team and will be back this upcoming season to once again be a part of the one pro team he seems to not ever want to be away from.
The Bulls released a statement on the signing, announcing that Hinrich was once again a member of the Chicago Bulls.
"“Kirkhas always been a big part of creating the professional culture we want day in, day out surrounding our club,” Bulls GM Gar Forman said in the team’s statement. “He helps our team in so many ways, and Kirk had other opportunities elsewhere, but we are very happy he chose to remain in a Bulls uniform”‘"
This is technically Hinrich’s third go-around with the Bulls, although it’s uninterrupted from his second stint in Chicago which started in the 2012 offseason. Originally drafted by the Bulls in the mid-2000s, Hinrich has become a fixture for the Bulls and while he’s never quite been an All-Star talent for the team, he’s always been there and seemingly been as productive as he can be for them.
Derrick Rose is expected to take over the starting point guard position when he returns this season but Hinrich’s ability to eba two-guard makes him valuable to the team and he’s there for continuity, if nothing else.
