9) Robert Quinn (DE)

It’s shocking for me to see this machine off of the edge as low as #9, and I made the list. At a ripe age of 24, Robert Quinn has already racked up 34.5 sacks, and he is coming off what would be categorized as his best season; he got to the quarterback 19 times (2nd in the NFL). He just doesn’t take plays off, and when you think he is out of play he pops right back up and is back in it.

The former Tar Heel flies a bit under the radar because he has been playing on the slightly underwhelming St. Louis Rams. Entering his fourth year, Quinn’s upside is pretty scary. He has improved his sack total every year since entering the NFL, and if he has a good year, The Rams better start to rework his contract because he is going to be one wanted (and expensive) man on the open market.
