Damontre Moore, DE, New York Giants

How could you not expect big things from a guy nicknamed “The Damonster?”

That’s what they call New York Giants’ 6’5″, 250-pound defensive end, Damontre Moore. Moore’s hype stems from a 12.5-sack season at Texas A&M, as the G-Men drafted him in the third round of the 2013 draft to bolster their already dynamic defensive line.

Moore didn’t exactly show up for New York in the sack department last season–he never reached the quarterback–but the absence of Justin Tuck and another year of experience under his belt will undoubtedly benefit the 21-year-old DE. In fact, his teammates have already taken notice:

Look for Moore to be one of the more mentioned names on the defensive side of things for the Giants this season.
