After getting LeBron James to return to the team this summer and after signing the likes of Mike Miller, James Jones and trading for Kevin Love, the Cavaliers have remained busy and have added another veteran.
No, Ray Allen hasn’t decided to come back and play but Shawn Marion has decided that Cleveland is where he wants to take his basketball talents this upcoming season. According to Marc Stein from ESPN.com, Marion agreed to sign with the Cavaliers over the weekend.
Marion only getting the minimum from Cleveland proves how much he wants to play there. The veteran had reported interest from the Indiana Pacers, Miami Heat and most recently the Los Angeles Clippers but decided on Cleveland for what can only be obvious reasons — LeBron James and what has been built since his return.
