No. 9 – Justin Houston – OLB – Kansas City Chiefs

Justin Houston was on pace to put up some incredibly prolific numbers last season before injuries derailed the end of his season. He put up eleven sacks in only eleven games before missing the final five games. Despite playing in less games, Houston was only two shy of Robert Mathis in total QB pressures (63 to 61).

Another thing to keep in mind with Houston is that he often has to compete for sacks with fellow elite pass rusher Tamba Hali. At only 25 years old, Houston’s arrow is pointed up. He’s set to be a free agent at the end of this season and if KC is unable to come to terms on a new contract with Houston they will have to use the franchise tag on him or risk losing one of the best up and coming pass rushers in the NFL.
