San Francisco proved that they will be ready to go toe-to-toe with the Seattle Seahawks again this season, with a dominating performance on the road in the season opener as they embarrassed the Dallas Cowboys.

The 49ers defense forced four turnovers and the offense took advantage by putting up 28 points.

Perhaps the best sign for the 49ers in Week One was their well-rounded offensive attack, which included an impressive performance from backup rookie running back Carlos Hyde, who racked up 50 yards on just seven carries and one touchdown.

Colin Kaepernick had a solid performance with two touchdown passes to tight end Vernon Davis, but if he ever needs help moving the ball he knows that he will have great support from the two-headed rushing attack of Frank Gore and Hyde.
