To start things off, we’ll go with the good old “red vs blue” match up between the Arizona Cardinals and the New York Giants. The Cardinals are expected to be in their standard white-on-white away set and the Giants in their blue and gray home set.

I am not the biggest fan of the Arizona Cardinals jerseys (the white flares on the front and the back of the sleeves bother me), but they look great against the simple blue jerseys of the New York Giants.

These types of rankings tend to reward the classic vs classic match ups, so it is nice to see a match up between a modern jersey set and a team with a simpler look.

Sure the Giants jersey is pretty much a blue shirt with numbers, but the metallic blue of their helmet is what makes their uniform set one of the best in the NFL. I still wish they would bring out the white pants they have been rumored to have, some time in the future.
