Game: Green Bay Packers at Detroit Lions (-2.5)

Pick: Packers (+2.5)

Wait, Aaron Rodgers is getting 2.5 points in an important division game against a Jim Caldwell-coached team? Seriously? I need no more convincing.

Game: Indianapolis Colts (-7) at Jacksonville Jaguars

Pick: Colts (-7)

In two games, the Jaguars have been outscored by a total of 48 points. They might be as bad as the Jaguars team that started 0-8 a season ago. And there’s no way I’m betting that Andrew Luck is starting 0-3. He’s far too good of a quarterback and the Colts are far too desperate of a team to let Jacksonville hang around for very long in this one.
