Team Defense

Start: The Buffalo Bills welcome in the Chargers coming across the country after a big win at home.  They played the Dolphins last week under similar circumstances and dominated them while scoring a return TD.  They’re the third-highest scoring D so far this season, so the Bills make a good start in week 3.  (last week: Tennessee Titans)

Sit: The Arizona Cardinals are welcom in the 49ers looking to remain in first in the division.  They won’t have Carson Palmer again this week, so Drew Stanton will rely on the D to make things happen this week like they did last week to beat the Giants.  I think this week, it’ll be too much as the 49ers look to erase last week’s home collapse and take it to the Cardinals in University of Phoenix Stadium. (last week: St. Louis Rams)

Flier: Last Monday Night, the Indianapolis Colts defense didn’t look that special as they got a front row seat to Darren Sproles running past them, around them, and through them all night.  This week, though, they’ll be in Jacksonville where the Jags make them a flier worth taking a look at for week 3. (last week: Tampa Bay Buccaneers)
