Welcome To The NFC East

Sunday brought us our first NFC East game of the season and it was as glorious as expected. The Philadelphia Eagles beat the Washington Redskins 37-34 in an offensive shootout.

There’s another one on Thursday when the New York Giants travel to DC to play the Skins and it should be more of the same. Offense, offense and more offense. This guy won’t be complaining. The division isn’t any good, but the games will feature an extremely exciting style.

The NFC East is going to have a college football feel to it and there’s nothing wrong with that.

(Editor’s Note: The Eagles, Giants and Cowboys are all in the bottom third of the league in yards allowed.)
