9. Cleveland Browns (From Bills)- Outside Linebacker Randy Gregory, Nebraska

The Browns desperately need help with the pass rush and they’ll get the opportunity to get help with that with a top-10 pick from the Bills. Randy Gregory is one of college football’s best players off the edge and has the speed and versatility to get through blocks and make the key tackle. The Browns will be able to steal Gregory at nine after the majority of the top-10 requires offensive weapons.
