1. Jacksonville Jaguars- Defensive End Leonard Williams, USC

The Jacksonville Jaguars made the decision to start Blake Bortles in week four, which was a smart move, but they’ll still finish last in the NFL with a horrific defense that’s not able to hold teams under 20-30 points. How they make up for this? A dominant pass rusher in USC’s top defensive player, DE Leonard Willaims.

The 6’5″, 298-pound junior will undoubtedly make his transition to the NFL this season after a solid first two years at USC. Williams is the type of strong, athletic and versatile defensive lineman that every NFL defensive coordinator, regardless of the scheme each runs, should want on their team. Having already accumulated 156 total tackles in his USC career, Williams has consistently shown an unusual excellence in covering ground. No matter who the top defensive prospect is, that’s who Jacksonville needs to take, and that should be USC’s Leonard Williams.
