4. Tennessee Titans- Quarterback Jameis Winston, Florida State

The Tennessee Titans have nothing going for them after their week one win against Kansas City and their offense will continue to struggle the rest of the season. They’ve tried with Jake Locker since 2011, but they’ve gone no where but down. They need to start over with a new quarterback and Jameis Winston is their man. He’s 6’4, 235 pounds but he’s got scramble ability and a very strong arm. Winston has the ability to help Tennesee have an offensive again and compete in the AFC South.

Winston was the Heisman Trophy winner in 2013 with 4,057 yards and 40 touchdowns. He hasn’t been as impressive in 2014 so far, but his talent level is true and he’s a top-5 pick in the 2015 draft.
