John Abraham, OLB – Arizona Cardinals

Age: 36
Years in NFL: 15
Career highlight number: 133.5 career sacks
Hall of Fame credentials: Yes

Abraham made a name for himself as one of the best pass rushers in the league while with the New York Jets and the Atlanta Falcons. He probably should have called it a career when the Falcons didn’t re-sign him.

He was prone to injury during his last few seasons in Atlanta, and since joining the Cardinals he’s played one full season (where he did put up better than average numbers), but only played one game in 2014 before going on injured reserve.

Abe’s body has taken a lot of punishment, and it seems each season he’s got less and less left in the tank, despite being used as a 3rd down specialist for the latter part of his career.

Fans want to remember Abraham as the Predator…not as the prey.
