player. 86.
In the actual 2009 NBA draft, the T-Wolves had back to back picks and selected Ricky Rubio and Jonny Flynn with the 5th and 6th overall picks. One of those picks has had solid returns (Rubio), while one has been a complete bust (Flynn). Rubio has averaged 10.1 points per game in his NBA career and has played three productive seasons in Minnesota. Flynn did averaged 13.1 points per game in his rookie season, but he is out of the association now and can be considered a bust.

In the redraft, the Timberwolves reshape the future of their franchise by selecting a talented backcourt of Tyreke Evans and Ty Lawson. The T-Wolves had got Kevin Love a year earlier, and Evans, Lawson and Love would have formed a triumvirate that would have been tough to match in the Western Conference. I think this outcome is much better for the Wolves, and with Evans, Lawson and Love leading the way, I think that Minnesota could have made a Western Conference Finals appearance one year from 2010 to 2014 when things went their way.
. Guards. UNC + Memphis. Ty Lawson + Tyreke Evans. 5/6
