WINNER: Arian Foster, Houston Texans

It’s not easy to run the ball when your quarterback is about as intimidating as a field mouse, but Arian Foster was able to light up the Dallas Cowboys just the same.

Totaling 157 yards and two touchdowns (with a 6.8 yards per carry) later, Foster couldn’t win the game but he got them into overtime and kept things going even when the rest of the offense was bogged down.

This is what the Texans missed the last few weeks when he was hurt and proved once and for all that while the Texans seem to have good luck finding running backs on the cheap, there is a real drop off from Foster to Alfred Blue.

Foster sees another solid matchup against the Indianapolis Colts next week and the Texans will hope he can grind enough clock to mitigate the effect of Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck.
