Owen Daniels-TE-Baltimore Ravens (8.1%)

Daniels doesn’t have a ton of upside, but he’s a consistent contributor and can help fill in the gaps for you for a few weeks this season.  On Sunday, he led the team in receiving with 70 yards on five catches in their loss to the Colts.

Daniels has been steady but unspectacular since taking over the starting TE job from Dennis Pitta, but his familiarity with the Gary Kubiak scheme should help him grasp his new role quickly. Both Kubiak and QB Joe Flacco like to use the TE in the red zone which could also boost Daniels value going forward.

This week, the Ravens take on the Bucs who have allowed double-digit receptions to opposing tight ends in each of the last two weeks.  Daniels is low-risk due to the volume of passes that come his way, so add him as a safe TE option even if you also roll the dice on a high-upside pickup like the ones you can find under other options on the next slide.
