Detroit Lions at Minnesota Vikings

Teddy Bridgewater has made one NFL start and in that game the Vikings outscored the high powered Atlanta passing attack in Minnesota. Bridgewater looks to be on track to start this week for the Vikings, but in Detroit there are serious questions about the status of Calvin Johnson and Reggie Bush. With Detroit’s injury issues I think this could turn into a low scoring game. I like Teddy Bridgewater and the Vikings at home to pull this one out.

Denver Broncos at New York Jets (*Survivor Pool Lock of the Week*)

I’m not sure I need to say much here. The Jets are a hot mess right now having just been blown out by the Chargers 31-0. The Jets only win this season was against the 0-5 Raiders and they only beat them by five points at home. I would be shocked if the Jets offense was able to keep pace with Peyton Manning and the Broncos in this one. This was an easy pick as my “Survivor Pool Lock of the Week”.
