San Francisco 49ers at St. Louis Rams

Austin Davis has really surprised me with the solid job he’s done filling in for Sam Bradford. I thought the Rams might be on their way to a train wreck of a season, but Davis has kept them competitive. Here’s the problem with this match up for St. Louis. The Rams have the 29th rated run defense allowing 152.5 yards per game and almost five yards per carry. That’s a BIG problem when you are facing the 49ers and their physical run game that is averaging 145 yards per game on the ground. That’s why I think that Frank Gore and Carlos Hyde will carry the 49ers to a win over the Rams on Monday night.

What do you think of my picks of the Bills over the Patriots and Dolphins over the Packers? Do you see other possible upsets this week that I didn’t mention? I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments below.

Thanks for reading and enjoy the games this week.
