4.) Stephen Curry

In the last two seasons, the Golden State Warriors have gone a combined 98-66 and have quickly become one of the deadliest team’s in the league.

What’s the biggest reason for the Warriors’ success? I would have to say the fact that they have, arguably, the best point guard in the game with Curry.

In those two seasons, Curry has averaged 23.5 points (46 percent shooting), 7.7 assists, 4.2 rebounds and 1.6 steals.

Curry has gotten better every year, and all signs point to that trend continuing.

3.) LeBron James

The player you’ve all been waiting for, The King.

I recognize James as the best player in the game, but that doesn’t change the fact that he will be 30 years old in just a couple of months. I don’t doubt that he will continue to be a very good player in this league for a long time, but how many more years can we count on him being LeBron? 3? 4? Who knows?

However, I’d be willing to bet that James would still get drafted this high even if you told every general manager that they would only be getting the four-time MVP for just two seasons.

He’s that damn good.

In 11 seasons, James has averaged 27.5 points (50 percent shooting), 7.2 rebounds, 6.9 assists and 1.7 steals.

(Take a second to appreciate how amazing those numbers are)
