2.) Anthony Davis

Davis had a respectable rookie campaign after coming out of Kentucky as the number one pick with numbers of 13.5 points (52 percent shooting), 8.2 rebounds, 1.8 blocks and 1.2 steals.

He then saw huge improvement in just one season and averaged 20.8 points (52 percent shooting), 10 rebounds, 2.8 blocks and 1.3 steals last season.

Oh, and the best part – he’s just 21 years old.

It seems like Davis gets better and better each time he steps on the court, and it’s honestly terrifying to imagine how good he could get.

I don’t think anyone would be surprised if Davis was the best player in the entire league in just a couple of years.

1.) Kevin Durant

Finally, numero uno, KD.

It’s easy to take for granted what Durant does. I mean, it feels like he’s a 30-year-old vet that’s been dominating for a decade. It’s only when you realize that Durant just turned 26 last month that you start to appreciate how amazing he has been and will continue to be.

Durant won his first MVP last season after averaging an absurd 32 points (50 percent shooting), 7.4 rebounds, 5.5 assists and 1.3 steals.

I don’t know if it’s possible to be better than Durant was last year, but I know he will continue to put up mind-boggling numbers.

“The Decision” was quite the spectacle, but Durant’s upcoming free agency might just be an even greater deal.
