WINNER: Jacksonville Jaguars

Not because of the win (or rather not just because of the win), but because this is a team which seems to have more pieces than everyone believed.

Blake Bortles may turn the ball over a lot, but he has the look of a quarterback who can finally be the answer for the franchise. While Toby Gerhart has looked average, Storm Johnson and Denard Robinson have been looking solid (yardage totals aside). Cecil Shorts has been hurt but we’ve seen glimpses of excellent play from Allen Robinson as well.

The defense has had its moments as well.

This team needs some work before it’s fully competitive but it is well on its way.
