The Armchair Quarterback’s Guide To The NFL: Week 8
Minnesota Vikings at Tampa Bay Buccaneers
On one hand, this looks like a pretty evenly matched game. On the other hand, if you’re not a fan of one of these teams this one might be a little…(yawn)…hard to watch. The Bucs have been better than the Vikings thus far….(yawn)….but not by much. I think Mike Glennon and Gerald McCoy will…do…..just……..enough…………to………zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Buffalo Bills at New York Jets
(Wakes up from Vikings/Buccaneers induced nap, sees Bills vs Jets, goes back to sleep)
All kidding aside, the injuries to both CJ Spiller and Fred Jackson are devastating for the Bills (especially going against a great run defense). The offense will now have to lean heavily on the arm of Kyle Orton and that’s not a good thing. The Jets have been bad, but they did play the Patriots close last week and are at home in this one. Look for the newly acquired Percy Harvin to make a play on special teams and the Jets to pull this one out.
