Green Bay Packers

It has been an odd season for the Green Bay Packers. There was panic in the streets after Green Bay began the year 1-2 with two ugly offensive efforts, and that forced quarterback Aaron Rodgers to “quiet” the outrage by telling the fan base to “relax”.

Then, the Packers hit their stride, winning four consecutive games while averaging more than 36 points per game, and Green Bay looked like one of the most dominant teams in the league. On cue, the team fell flat in an ugly road defeat against New Orleans on Monday of Week 8, but at the same time, Aaron Rodgers had a minor health hiccup, and that appeared to change the course of the night.

Where are we now? Well, the Packers are 5-3 and the offense is still one of the game’s best. That (obviously) places them on pace for a 10-6 record and a Wild Card berth, and while that is a minor disappointment, it is still quite acceptable.

Sometimes, grading teams is easy.
