San Diego Chargers at Miami Dolphins

This may be the wishful thinking of a diehard Chiefs fan, but I think we may be finding out that the Chargers team that looked fantastic against teams like the Jaguars and Jets may not be quite as elite as many gave them credit for. Miami has been playing better of late and I think their pass rush may be enough to rattle Philip Rivers. I’ll take the Dolphins at home to keep the Chargers slump going.

Washington Redskins at Minnesota Vikings

The latest reports out there say that Robert Griffin III should start this game. I’m just not sure how much of a boost that his return will give the Redskins. We simply haven’t seen the same RG3 that we saw his rookie year since he returned from his knee injury. Meanwhile, I think Mike Zimmer has done a nice job of keeping the Vikings going despite starting a rookie QB and having to deal with the Adrian Peterson distraction. I think we’ll see a back and forth game, but I think I like Teddy Bridgewater to make something happen late in this one to help the Vikings pull out the win.
