St. Louis Rams at San Francisco 49ers

The Rams have to follow up going to Arrowhead last week where they lost 34-7 with a trip to San Francisco to face the 49ers. That’s not a real friendly schedule, especially in light of all the injury issues that St. Louis is dealing with. Look for the 49ers to follow the same basic game plan that KC did and to pull out the win in this one.

Denver Broncos at New England Patriots

This appears to be the game of the week. Not only is it two good teams that are atop their divisions in the AFC, but it pairs up for at least one more game the two greatest QBs of this generation, Peyton Manning and Tom Brady. While the Patriots have been on fire lately, I think at some point their injuries on defense catch up with them and if any QB can exploit weak links in the defense, it’s Manning. I’ll take the Broncos in a shoot out in this one.
