No. 28-25

28. Mike Glennon – Tampa Bay Buccaneers

With back to back loses to the Browns and Redskins the Buccaneers season is all but over. Mike Glennon continues to throw the ball long to his targets, owning the second best air yards per completion number in the NFL. However, when you throw that long that often your completion percentage is going to likely suffer and Glennon’s has to the tune of just a 57.6%.

27. Derek Carr – Oakland Raiders

Derek Carr is the best rookie QB in this class. While that doesn’t guarantee his long term success I believe he’ll be a good starting QB for years to come. His numbers may just be OK, but Carr’s supporting cast leaves a lot to be desired.

26. Ryan Fitzpatrick – Houston Texans (-1)

Ryan Fitzpatrick isn’t exciting but he gets the job done. I believe the Texans will soon go to one of their younger QB options and Fitzpatrick will return to backup duty where he probably belongs.

25. Austin Davis – St. Louis Rams (-3)

I was riding the Austin Davis bandwagon for a few weeks, but the bandwagon is losing serious momentum of late. Davis drops three spots in this week’s edition because the past two weeks have displayed the Rams’ struggles to consistently move the ball and score points with Davis at QB.
