The Armchair Quarterback’s Guide To The NFL: Week 10
Miami Dolphins at Detroit Lions
This is the game I have spent the most time agonizing over this week. I really like how both of these teams have been playing lately and I think this one could turn into a defensive battle. In the end, I think I actually like Miami’s offense a little better. Ryan Tannehill has been playing much better of late and I like his ability to move outside the pocket and create something if the defense is taking away the initial reads. Plus, Detroit has had issues running the ball this season. I’ll take Miami to go on the road and pull a slight upset in a close game.

Dallas Cowboys at Jacksonville Jaguars
As I type this Tony Romo’s status for this week is still in question. With a 100% healthy Romo, this game is a no brainer. However, with no Romo (or even a less effective injured Romo) this game becomes more interesting. In the end, regardless of if Romo plays I just don’t think the Jaguars have the playmakers to compete with DeMarco Murray and Dez Bryant in this one. So I’m taking Dallas but I still don’t actually feel that confident about it.
