Two things are certain about Jay Cutler — he can throw an interception without batting an eye and he can sell jerseys like he’s and elite quarterback.

Many have debated just how good Jay Cutler actually is, but his jersey sales reflect that if he’s not talented he’s still at least popular in the NFL. That will change as his second half continues to nose dive, but for the first half, his high jersey sales reflect how much hope there was in Chicago and how far gone that all is now.
