Losers: New York Giants

The Jets tend to be the media’s whipping boy in New York/New Jersey, but maybe sights should be set on the other team which makes its home in Metlife Stadium.

Yes, the injuries are hurting them and yes, Eli Manning threw his first interception since Week 4. But this is a bad team right now. The defense looked like something out of Pop Warner and the offense is misfiring constantly. How is Rueben Randle still not on the same page as his quarterback? Why is Ben McAdoo continuing to insist running rookie Andre Williams – a pure North-South runner – East-West? Where are the halftime adjustments?

This team is a mess. It may all get waved off because of injuries, but it shouldn’t. By the end of the game, a lot of players didn’t seem like they cared.

Well, maybe not Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, who clearly still gives a damn according to the New York Daily News’ Ralph Vacchiano.

The rest of the team, I just don’t know.
