5. New Orleans Saints

The New Orleans Saints are currently clinging to a lead in the NFC South division, but they only have a 4-5 record on the season. Drew Brees hasn’t looked anything like himself, and the defense has been awful to say the very least. There is no denying the talent that the Saints have on their roster, but they have to figure out how to put everything together and come away with wins.

It isn’t going to be easy for the Saints to come away with a victory this week, as the Cincinnati Bengals are looking to get back on track as well following a 24-3 embarrassment last week to the Cleveland Browns. Andy Dalton has shown quite a few holes this year, and the Saints have to figure out how to put pressure on him and force him to make more mistakes. New Orleans has to come out hot offensively, and their defense has to contend with the playmaking wide receivers that the Bengals have.

That being said, the Saints’ offense has shown some signs of life despite the struggles that Brees has had. They have talented wide receivers for him to throw to, and running back Mark Ingram has come through with three straight 100-yard games. New Orleans has a good chance to get back to .500 this week, but they will have to play a great all-around game and beat another hungry football team.
