Will the San Diego Chargers bounce back?

When last we saw the San Diego Super-Chargers, they were getting their tails waxed by the Miami Dolphins.  They went into the bye week on a three game losing streak and while they recovered, the AFC West saw the Kansas City Chiefs leapfrog them for second place and the Denver Broncos rebound from their bad loss to the Patriots with a dominating win over the Raiders.

And suddenly nobody was sold on the Chargers as an AFC player anymore.

There’s a lot of ballgame left of course, and they get their shot at the same Oakland Raiders the Broncos just destroyed. The Raiders are winless this season and should be an easy win.

But it wasn’t easy in Week 6, and it isn’t likely to be easy this time out, even at home.

The Chargers need it to be easy though—if they are to not only remain in the playoff hunt, but get the respect back that they lost before the break.
