Winner: Cincinnati Bengals

After loss against Cleveland (at home no less), the Cincinnati Bengals were beset by questions about whether they really were as good as they had looked early in the season.

The jury is still out, but a win in New Orleans, even against a poor Saints team is notable.

Andy Dalton looked much better this week, avoiding turnovers and throwing three touchdowns. Jeremy Hill got back on track, topping 150 yards on the day and looking dominant. The defense looked solid as well, limiting Drew Brees to one touchdown and shutting Mark Ingram down.

There are still questions though. The defense couldn’t take Brees down and barely hit him. They also allowed the Saints to convert eight out of thirteen third downs. A.J. Green played well but the rest of Dalton’s targets were inconsistent.

Yes, there are still questions. However, in a wide open AFC North, those questions might not keep them from making the playoffs.

Instead, they’ll keep them from notching a playoff win again.
