No. 32-29

32. Blake Bortles – Jacksonville Jaguars – Power Ranking Score: 125.4

While I’m not ready to give up on Bortles yet, there isn’t a lot of competition for the bottom spot in the rankings. Bortles PFF grade is a -30.9. He’s thrown seven more interceptions than TDs and his team is just 1-8 in his nine starts.

31. Michael Vick – New York Jets – Power Ranking Score: 144.6 (-1)

As I’m writing this the Jets haven’t gone on record with who will start for them this week. I’m going with Vick for these rankings, but to be honest it doesn’t really matter. That goes for on the field and in these rankings where both Vick and Geno Smith rank equally bad.

30. Derek Carr – Oakland Raiders – Power Ranking Score: 173 (-3)

It seems unjust for Carr to have dropped in the rankings this week when he finally led the Raiders to their first win of the season. His drop is strictly due to implementing the scoring system. His PFF grade of -16 was the third lowest grade of all QBs on this list and a big reason for this ranking.

29. Shaun Hill – St. Louis Rams – Power Ranking Score: 182.7 (-4)

Hill may have started off with a bang against the Broncos, but he has limitations as a passer and is little more than a stop gap to get the Rams through the remainder of the season. Hill was especially hurt by his low QB Rating and Total QBR scores.
