No. 20-17

20. Mark Sanchez – Philadelphia Eagles – Power Ranking Score: 211.4 (+2)

Sanchez has been productive but not spectacular in Chip Kelly’s offense so far. I still stand by my assessment that he may have more upside than Nick Foles. Sanchez has a chance to claim the Eagles permanent job, I’m betting he takes it.

19. Ryan Fitzpatrick – Houston Texans – Power Ranking Score: 213.9

With Ryan Mallett lost for the season after only two starts the Texans must turn back to Fitzpatrick to finish the season. While Fitzpatrick may not have the upside, he may actually be a more stable option for the final five weeks.

18. Andy Dalton – Cincinnati Bengals – Power Ranking Score: 224.2 (+2)

The up and down Dalton is just above the replacement level QBs but just short of the top fifteen QBs that most teams would prefer to lead their playoff contenders. Dalton is capable of both huge games and terrible train wrecks. You never know which one you’ll get when he takes the field.

17. Jay Cutler – Chicago Bears – Power Ranking Score: 226.6

Cutler continues to be one of the bigger disappointments at the QB position this season. While the Bears managed to fend off the Buccaneers last week they just don’t look that good. With all of those weapons on offense there is really no reason for them not to be putting up close to 30 points per game.
