Tennessee Titans at Houston Texans

This game should have been a match up of two young strong armed QBs in Zach Mettenberger and Ryan Mallett. Unfortunately, Mallett is now out for the year with an injury and the “slightly” less strong armed Ryan Fitzpatrick is now back at the helm for Houston. Fitzpatrick is a solid short term solution and I think the Texans will be able to run the ball against the Titans defense. Look for JJ Watt to do his usual thing and make a couple of huge plays and the Texans to come away with a hard fought home win.

Cleveland Browns at Buffalo Bills

I’m really torn on this game. I think Cleveland is the better team, especially now with Josh Gordon back in the fold. My brain is SCREAMING at me to take Cleveland, but heres the thing. I think that the atmosphere in Buffalo after surviving that 146 inches of snow that cost them their home game last weekend is going to be electric and will carry over to the players on the field who are a big part of that community. If this game was in Cleveland or on a neutral field I’d take the Browns, but I’m riding with the post blizzard momentum in Buffalo.
