New Orleans Saints at Pittsburgh Steelers

I feel like I should just boycott picking this game because these two teams have been so incredibly frustrating this season. Obviously the Steelers have had more success, but just when you think they’re safe to pick they drop games to teams like the Bucs and Jets. The Saints just lost three straight games in the Super Dome (I picked them to win in all three!) so there’s no way I’m picking them to go on the road and win. I’m taking the Steelers, but given my luck with these teams that probably means that New Orleans will win 51-2.

Carolina Panthers at Minnesota Vikings

My advice for those planning on watching this game, eat all of your Thanksgiving leftovers right before kick off and see if you can get a good nap in. I kid, I kid (kind of). I see these teams as heading in different directions. The Panthers are a team that was great last season that have now accepted the fact that they stink this year. The Vikings on the other hand feel more like a team that was bad and is now trying to prove that they are turning it around. I see this being a close one, but I think in the end the Vikings will want it more.
