1) Philadelphia 76ers

You already knew that the Sixers would occupy the top spot for the third consecutive week, but Philadelphia is tanking with a flair that has never been seen before.

In addition to their 0-15 record (come on), Sam Hinkie’s bunch is “setting the bar high” in a number of categories. Philadelphia has an inexplicably bad -15.1 net rating per 100 possessions, and they are last in the league in offensive efficiency (90.2 points per 100) by a giant margin. For good measure, the Sixers are also 30th (aka last) in assist-to-turnover ratio (1.09), effective field goal percentage (45.6%), and true shooting percentage (48.9%).

Needless to say, this is a spot in which Philadelphia is firmly entrenched, and despite being far better than any college team (sorry, Kentucky), the gap is widening between the Sixers and the other 29 NBA clubs.
